In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).Our company has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

To receive your order, your signature is usually required. However, if you are not at home when your parcel arrives, it will safely be delivered to an access point for your collection. Kindly contact your local service, providing them with your tracking number to assist you further.

Our shipping warehouse is located in Greece.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.

All shipping labels are being automatically generated with the shipping information you have provided us with. As soon as your parcel is dispatched you should receive an email with your tracking number. In case you fail to receive your parcel and return back as non reclaimed, we will refund you the price of your purchased items. You can request to return your pieces for a refund or store credit, within 30 days of receiving your order. For further information, please click here.

In this case, you can send it back to us and provide you with a store credit. Please email us to orders@radpolewear.com, with your order number.

We want to make your return experience as easy and fair as possible that is why, due to high demand; we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. What we can suggest is, if you are between sizes or if you want to know what the differences are, to purchase both sizes, and return us the one that you don’t want for a refund. We would love to help you find your ideal size, so you can contact us at orders@radpolewear.com and guide you through. 

All returns are being processed with 14 business days of receiving your parcel. 

Once you receive your refund notification email, you can expect to get your refund depending on your original payment method. 

Pay Pal: the same day – Credit Card: 4-7 business days, depending on your bank provider. 

All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund or store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out to orders@radpolewear.com before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can help you find your ideal size.

If despite our efforts to provide you with the best possible quality, receive a faulty item, kindly contact us with your order number and pictures of the product(s) at orders@radpolewear.com, and we will send you a replacement asap.

Any faults that occur after 6 months will not be accepted.
