Kira started pole dancing five years ago, inspired by her coach, and now a friend and colleague - Julia Irinina.
Kira believes that pole dancing is an art accessible to everyone. So she got involved in pole dancing, because it does not matter what your background is, and whether you have it at all, but you can still make beautiful and interesting elements, achieve something every day, dance in your own style, whatever makes you feel comfortable and have fun. So initially without having flexibility and strength, you can emphasize on musical execution of available elements, combining them, and later proceed to more extreme tricks, which basically require courage and imagination. On the other hand the desire to do a certain trick makes you work on your flaws, it tempers your character. In this way her dance style and life style was born.
Now Kira is traveling a lot for championships and workshops, but is always happy to go home to her beloved team and students.
Kira always trained with team Trash, whose principle is not "train with the strongest" but "make each other stronger," "when we are together, unattainable is attainable"!
Kira is a featured instructor on the premium online pole dance school "Open Dance Academy".

Mandy Fragkiadaki was born in 1988 in Athens, Greece. Since childhood, Mandy has been involved in various sporting activities such as gymnastics, tennis, climbing, swimming, water skiing and alpine skiing. She devoted herself to competitive sailing for 8 years, winning 5 consecutive Greek Championships and finishing in the 5th position in the 2007 European Championship in Turkey. She also worked with children, as a sailing coach, for two years.
In 2010, she started pole dancing at home when she bought her own pole. She followed classes for about 4 months and soon she was offered a teaching post in a, by that time, new dancing school where she taught for a year. After that, she continues to be a pole dancing teacher, on a freelance basis. Since the end of 2010, she offers private classes in small groups in her own studio in Athens.
Moreover, through pole dancing she discovered her inclination to choreography. For Mandy, choreography is a great challenge while she fully understands the need for a part that each dancer needs to play in a performance. In 2012-present, she worked at the downtown famous bar-restaurant “Shamone” in Athens where she held a weekly artistic pole show.
In 2013 she was invited to perform in the “Rad Polewear” event, Athens. The same year she won sponsorship and she is now one of the brand ambassadors of the same top-selling Greek brand (“Rad Polewear”).
In November 2013 she represented Greece for the first time in Pole Art Cyprus where she competed in professional category.
In February 9th, 2014 she won the title of the first runner up of Greek pole dance championship organised for the first time by Rad polewear.
For Mandy, pole dancing is a way of life and her aspiration is to reach top level.
Beyond pole dancing, Mandy is an undergraduate student at the Dietetics & Nutritional Science Department of the Harokopio University of Athens and firmly believes that proper nutrition is directly related to artists and athletes who deal with demanding sporting and dancing activity like pole dancing.
